Plant automation
PLC systems and smart sensors that monitor and control key treatment parameters in real time. Better accuracy, less dependence on manpower, higher plant efficiency.
Moiz Engineering · Giza, Egypt
We design, fabricate, commission and maintain effluent and water treatment plants, using proven Indian ETP technology adapted to Egyptian regulations. Projects in Sokhna, 6th of October and Sadat City.
About us
Moiz Engineering was founded in 2022 in Giza and works on water and wastewater treatment for industry.
The company was established by Dr. Shabbir Maimoon, an Indian specialist who has worked in the field since 1976. We pair Indian treatment technology with knowledge of local regulations, and we cover the full job: design, fabrication, commissioning and maintenance of effluent and water treatment plants, RO plants, boilers, chillers, cooling towers and other water systems.
We also supply industrial fabrication and specialised chemicals. Sustainability, quality and fair dealing come first.
“Our customer's satisfaction is our utmost priority, as long as it aligns with our principles and morals.”Moiz Engineering

From drain to discharge
Every ETP we build is sized to your effluent, but the path the water takes is the same. Scroll through the six stages.
Rags, plastics and grit are stopped at the inlet before they can block pumps or settle in the tanks.
Factory discharge changes through the day. Mixing it in one tank gives the biology a steady feed.
Air and moving carriers keep a biofilm working on the dissolved organics that push BOD and COD up.
In still water the biomass sinks to the cone. Clear water flows over the weir at the top.
Pressure filters take out fine solids, colour and odour, ready for discharge or reuse.
pH, BOD, COD, DO, TDS and temperature are monitored, so you know where you stand with discharge limits.
Services we offer
Beyond building new plants, we keep existing ones running, compliant and efficient.
PLC systems and smart sensors that monitor and control key treatment parameters in real time. Better accuracy, less dependence on manpower, higher plant efficiency.
Hands-on sessions for operators and maintenance staff on safe operation, troubleshooting and efficiency, so your team can run the system on its own.
Detailed audits and life-cycle analysis of how your site uses water, where it loses it, and where to save. Useful for cost and for environmental compliance.
Yearly contracts for ETPs, WTPs, RO systems, boilers, chillers and cooling towers. Preventive work that cuts breakdowns and keeps systems reliable.
Membranes, dosing pumps, valves, filters and treatment chemicals, supplied on time so the plant keeps running and replacements are quick.
We assess outdated or underperforming systems and upgrade them to current regulations and process needs, with minimal downtime.
Scopes of work
Five areas, each with its own page of specifications.

Beyond waterQuick sizing
Drag to your daily flow to see which kind of plant fits. The ETP page has the full breakdown.
Sizes follow our three ETP scales. Final design depends on your effluent test.
